Shipping policy

We deliver Australia wide, however delivery to PO boxes isn't possible, so please only enter a home or work address so your order can be fulfilled quickly. In the not-too-distant future we plan to ship internationally. Please subscribe to our Mailing List to find out when.

National Standard Shipping

We offer a courier calculated shipping for any coffee orders. Equipment products are calculated based on the size and in agreement with customer and Neos Faba via email. We use standard shipping with a variety of courier services or we deliver it ourselves if you are in our 5km local area of roastery. 

Free Shipping

We provide free shipping on coffee orders for different States/Territories once a set amount has been reached. This is due to significant price increase for certain zones.

Fulfilment Schedule

We currently fulfil orders every Friday and subscription orders every other Friday. We will pack and book shipments within 2 business days, unless otherwise stated on our homepage or via email. If there are unforeseen circumstances, we will get in touch with you. 

Coffee Subscriptions

We roast and send out all subscriptions on a regular bi-weekly Fulfilment Schedule. You can select either 2 or 4 week plans for specific products. You can cancel a subscription at anytime. When we have major updates to our products that affect your subscription, you'll be notified in advance and may need to start a new subscription in the unlikely event the products don't match up.
